BEAM Professional (BEAM Pro) is a green building professional qualification accredited by the HKGBC in various aspects of the entire green building life cycle. The key role of a BEAM Pro is to integrate the latest green building standards and practices into everyday building planning, design, construction and operation.

To cope with the ever-evolving green building practices and developments, the new BEAM Pro specialty credential accredits professionals by their specialisation in one or multiple BEAM Plus assessment tool(s). There are four specialty qualifications, namely BEAM Pro (NB), BEAM Pro (EB), BEAM Pro (BI), and BEAM Pro (ND).
